Where diversity meets enthusiasm! We are an international, diverse team with a shared vision. Our work is motivated, flexible and characterized by appreciation and personal responsibility. We offer flexible working hours, Urban Sports benefits, an office in Cologne with a roof terrace and good coffee, monthly team events, a mental health app incl. therapy offer & more!

Whether it's working out at urban sports, drinking coffee (with oat drink, of course) or enjoying a Kölsch/lemonade on the roof terrace - we are enthusiastic and have a wide range of interests. We cook, paint, knit, make music, kickbox, play padel, chess and board games, learn new languages, explore the world and dance salsa/bachata/techno into the early hours.
